Sex, gender identity, or sexual orientation
Familial status
Disability

❌ Duplicate Listings

Do not repost identical properties unless material changes are made (e.g., price, availability).

Posts must be related to:

Scheduled maintenance
Lease or policy updates

💬 Tone & Conduct

Keep a respectful, professional tone. Avoid inflammatory, political, or commercial messages.

📅 Timing

Announcements should be timely and include relevant contact and scheduling details.

🚫 No Advertising

Business promotions are allowed only if:

Pre-approved by SilverNest
Posted in designated vendor promotion areas

🧰 3. Vendor Promotions

🔗 Landlord-Linked Only

Vendors must be:

Affiliated with the landlord or manager
Actively serving the property or its residents

🧾 Transparency

Clearly disclose any discounts, incentives, or promotions.

🛡 Compliance

Vendors must meet applicable licensing, insurance, and regulatory standards.

❌ No False Endorsements

Only promote vendors with direct relationships or verified experience. No impersonation or misleading claims.

🚫 4. Prohibited Content

False or misleading claims
Offensive, hateful, or defamatory language
Threats, abuse, or harassment
Fraudulent or scam-related content
Infringing material (e.g., copyrights, trademarks)
Sensitive data (e.g., SSNs, bank info, lease terms)

SilverNest may at its sole discretion:

Edit or remove content
Suspend or ban user accounts
Report criminal or harmful behavior to authorities
